The following is the schedule of fees for
membership registration for the 2009
Summer Season.

Current members must remit a deposit of $350.00
on or before October 1, 2008 with their completed membership application to
insure membership for the 2009 season.
1. Payment shall be made by Master Card, Visa, cash or check or
money order made out to “Deepdale Gardens Community Council, Inc.” and is due as
follows:
A. On or before October 1, 2008 — for all
current members a $350.00 deposit per membership with invoice. This is mandatory
to take advantage of Early Bird Rates of $350.00 per Adult & $175.00 per Child
B. On or before February 1, 2008 — full balance
of fees. Failure to make this payment will negate any Early Bird Rates and the
current Regular Rates will then apply.

2. USE OF LOCKERS — Lockers may be rented
for the summer season at the following rates:
Men’s 1/2 Locker $10.00 Women’s 1/2 Locker

3. USE OF CHAISE LOUNGE AND DECK CHAIR RACKS
Rack space may be rented for the season at a fee of $15.00. A maximum of two
racks may be rented per family subject to availability. Only one chaise lounge
per family and / or one deck chair per family may be utilized. Chaise lounges
and deck chairs must be brought into the Center by June 15th and are not to
leave the Center during the rental season. The Center is not responsible for
chaise lounges and deck chairs stored in racks. The size of the chaise lounges
are prescribed as follows: W8” x H25” x L3 1”.
4. MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS — Deepdale Gardens
Community Council reserves the right to reject or cancel any application or part
thereof at any time. Refunds in such events are made only in the following
instances.
In the event the applicant requests in writing
that their application be cancelled, or whose application contains untrue
representations and/or statements, a refund shall be made of the amounts paid by
the applicant less a $25.00 administrative fee if made before February 1, 2008.
A $50.00 administrative fee will be deducted if made after February 1,2007 until
the opening of the center. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER SEASON BEGINS.
5. LOST MEMBERSHIP CARD
PASSES ISSUED ARE PERMANENT AND MUST BE
RETAINED FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASON. There will be a $15.00 charge for issuance of
each lost membership pass.
This agreement and all terms thereof are
expressly made subject to present Rules and Regulations of the Center and as
such may from time to time be amended. Attached are the Rules and Regulations of
the Center. Particular attention is called to the following Rules and
Regulations:
“No refund shall be made when a member or family
is suspended or expelled for violation of the Rules and Regulations of the
Center”.
“The Center reserves the right to revoke the
membership of any family unit, part or addition whose conduct is deemed
undesirable”.
