RULES AND REGULATIONS 2008
The following are the Rules
and Regulations, which members agree to abide by in the membership application.
These rules are for your protection, safety and enjoyment and should be observed
at all times.
THE CENTER RESERVES THE RIGHT
TO MAKE ANY ADDITIONAL RULES IT DEEMS NECESSARY TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE AND
SAFETY OF THE MEMBERS AND THE CENTER.
The Center shall not be
responsible for any accident resulting from the use of the pool or any equipment
belonging to the Center or for the loss or damage of property to any member or
guest.
The Center reserves the
right to revoke the membership of any member who commences legal proceedings
against the Center or the Center commences legal proceedings against the member.
The Center reserves the
right to revoke the membership of any member whose conduct is deemed
undesirable.

NO PERSON WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE CENTER
WITHOUT PRESENTATION OF A MEMBERSHIP PASS OR GUEST PASS.
ALL MEMBERS MUST ENTER THE CENTER THROUGH THE DESIGNATED ENTRANCES.
Membership passes are
not transferable. Any membership
application found to contain false information will result in the immediate
cancellation of the membership of the entire family.

Guest passes are sold at the office at the
discretion of the Center. Guests will be admitted only upon presentation of a
guest pass and must be accompanied by a member.
While at the Center, guests
are required to follow all the Center Rules and Regulations.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OF
GUEST PASSES AT ANY TIME.

There shall be no reservations of chairs or
tables. Tables are to be utilized for activity by any member and not for
storage of personal items. Any member may utilize tables not being used for
activity. Center tables or umbrellas may not be moved from designated
location.

THIS FACILITY IS A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT. ANY
MEMBER FOUND SMOKING WILL BE SUBJECT TO SUSPENSION FROM THE CENTER.

NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE, EXCEPT CLEAR BOTTLED WATER is allowed to be brought into the Center area by any member, guest
or staff. Food purchased at the cafeteria should be eaten in designated areas
only. REMINDER.. NO FOOD, PAPER / PLASTIC CUPS OR BEVERAGES EXCEPT FOR
CLEAR BOTTLED WATER IS PERMITTED ON THE UPPER DECK. Members violating
these rules are subject to suspension from the Center.

NO SOLICITING OF MERCHANDISE ON THE PREMISES.
Members violating this rule are subject to suspension from the Center.

Strollers and carriages are not permitted on
upper deck. Playpens are not allowed on the premises. Carriages and strollers
must be taken home and not stored on the premises.

The management reserves the right to close the
Center at any time it is deemed necessary in the best interest of the Center.

Lockers not rented for the season may be used
on first come, first serve daily basis. Members using lockers for the day must
remove lock and contents by the close of the day or these locks will be cut
and contents removed. The Center will not be responsible for locks and
contents left at the end of the day. All lockers must be cleaned out, and
locks removed on or before the last day of the season.

Members should provide their own locks for
lockers and lounge racks. One (1) lounge chair per rack. Lounge chairs will be
removed from unassigned racks.

All trash should be deposited in the designated
waste receptacles.

PARENTS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR
CHILDREN’S CONDUCT AND SAFETY IN THE ENTIRE CENTER AND MUST PROVIDE
SUPERVISION FOR THEIR CHILDREN IN ALL POOLS.

INFANTS AND CHILDREN NOT TOILET TRAINED ARE
REQUIRED TO WEAR SWIMMIES IN BOTH POOLS. Children under the age of 3 will be
allowed in the upper deck pool ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED (AT ALL TIMES) BY AN
ADULT. Children over the age of eight (8) are not permitted in the kiddie
pool.

Floats will be limited in size at the
discretion of management (during float time).

Lounges are not permitted. under any canopy
area. Lounges and deck chairs may not be taken in or out of the Center on a
daily basis, and they must be removed on or before the last day of the season.

Lifeguards are in attendance for your safety.
Please do not talk to them while they are on duty. Their decisions must
be adhered to in all matters pertaining to safety and conduct in the pool.
Only lifeguards are permitted on the watchtower. The lifeguard’s whistle is a
signal for immediate action. Violation of general swimming rules may result in
suspension.

Ball playing will only be allowed in the
recreation area. Sneakers must be worn on all courts. No child is permitted to
use the tennis courts on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

Chairs or other equipment will not be allowed
within the line surrounding the pools.

No one shall be permitted to use the pool with
bandages, skin diseases, colds and coughs.
-
Wearing of colored shirts, underwear, and
cut-off jeans is not permitted in the pool. Rubber swim shoes only are
permitted in the pool.

All persons are required to shower, remove
suntan oil, and use the lavatory before entering the pool. No expectorating or
blowing noses in the pool.

No running or horse play allowed in the pool or
pool area.

Only one person allowed on the diving board at
any one time. No one shall dive until previous diver has cleared the diving
area.

A changing area has been designated in the
women’s and men’s locker rooms for changing infants and children not toilet
trained. Please use theses designated areas. USED DIAPERS MUST BE PLACED IN
CANS MARKED DIAPERS ONLY.

Children under 16 years of age are not
permitted in the sauna unless accompanied by an adult.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to
attend the Saturday Night Shows.
